Now you can browse our different developments, view our homes with the house types and pick your plot with one simple click. My Mayfair is your personal and unique online account which helps makes your home buying journey quicker and more seamless. It allows you to complete your reservation, pay online, as well as organise and personalise your new Mayfair Home. Can I reserve any home online?

Online reservation is available for selected developments that are ready for purchase. Click on  ‘’discover our homes’’ and the ones for sale will be highlighted.

How does it work?

Where you see the available highlighted development for sale, there will be a site map with the plots and house types available.

You will be required to sign up to a ‘’My Mayfair’’ account. Once this is completed you can then select your plot and pay your deposit online. Once this step is done, you will have 7 working days to send over your solicitors’ details to
